SCIENTIFIC FACT: PETTING A DOG HAS POSITIVE EFFECTS ON STRESS LEVELS AND IMMUNE FUNCTION.

The Shelter is bursting with dogs & cats, kittens & puppies. We need adopters ASAP or Fostering for a short time to help us with overcrowding.

AWL is offering FREE CAT SITTING in your home for ONE YEAR when you adopt select adult cats from the Shelter. Come in and inquire about this money saving offer included with the adoption fee.

BARKLEY is a 5 yr. old neutered male Pomeranian. When his owners split up he came to live at the Shelter. He's housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and is well behaved. Nice little man.

SEBASTIAN came to the Shelter when his owners moved to an apartment and couldn't take him. He's a year old, neutered male, front declawed house cat. He has been well cared for and is friendly. He is buff colored with a bob tail.

We're open for adoptions Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The Shelter is open 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
